Victoria is a business operator with experience spanning hospitality, cannabis, business acquisitions, commercial asset management, property management, and business development.

Raised in her family’s restaurant business, she developed an early understanding of entrepreneurship, operations, and what it takes to build a business from the ground up. Starting as a busser, she worked her way into management, marketing, accounting, and business operations, gaining firsthand experience across nearly every part of the business. Today, she continues to support the growth of Chef Point, focusing on business development, operational systems, AI implementation, marketing strategy, guest acquisition, and revenue growth.

Victoria spent four years in California’s cannabis industry, where she built a strong foundation in sales and business development. As an Account Executive responsible for Northern California, she managed a large territory, led teams of account managers and brand ambassadors, and developed relationships across one of the country’s most competitive cannabis markets. That experience sharpened her ability to sell, negotiate, lead, communicate, and create growth through strong relationships and consistent execution.

She later expanded into business acquisitions and commercial asset management, supporting multi-million-dollar transactions, investor presentations, due diligence, valuation analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. Working alongside investors, ownership groups, and management teams gave her firsthand exposure to how businesses and assets are evaluated, acquired, improved, and scaled.

What distinguishes Victoria’s career is not a single industry, but her ability to enter complex environments, understand how they work, and quickly identify where she can create value. Across hospitality, cannabis, acquisitions, asset management, property management, and business development, she has consistently been drawn to growth, problem-solving, and the challenge of making organizations perform at a higher level.
