Victoria “rori” Hope Nwaeze is a business operator with experience spanning hospitality, cannabis, business acquisitions, commercial asset management, property management, and business development.

Raised in her family’s restaurant business, rori developed an early understanding of entrepreneurship and operations. Beginning as a busser, she eventually moved into management, marketing, accounting, and business operations. Today, she continues to support the growth of Chef Point, where her work focuses on business development, operational systems, AI implementation, marketing strategy, guest acquisition, and revenue growth.

Rori spent four years in California’s cannabis industry, where she developed her foundation in sales and business development. As an Account Executive responsible for Northern California, she managed a large territory, led teams of account managers and brand ambassadors, and built relationships across one of the country’s most competitive cannabis markets. The experience taught her how to sell, negotiate, communicate effectively, and create growth through strong relationships and consistent execution.

She later expanded into acquisitions and commercial asset management, supporting multi-million-dollar transactions, investor presentations, due diligence efforts, valuation analysis, and operational improvement initiatives. Working alongside investors, ownership groups, and management teams provided firsthand experience in how businesses and assets are evaluated, acquired, improved, and scaled.

A common thread throughout rori’s career has been a willingness to step into unfamiliar environments, learn quickly, and contribute wherever growth is needed. Whether working in hospitality, cannabis, acquisitions, or business operations, she has consistently been drawn to the challenge of understanding how organizations work and helping them perform at a higher level.
